Refund Policy
We offer refunds for failed payments or technical issues that prevent you from downloading your resume.
Refund Eligibility:
- Payment was processed but download failed due to technical issues
- Duplicate payment was made by mistake
- Payment was made for a resume that was not generated successfully
To request a refund, please contact us at support@1resume.in with your payment details.
Terms & Conditions
1. Service Usage: Our resume generation service is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfect results.
2. Payment Terms: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Classic style resumes are free. Modern and Premium styles require a payment of ₹10 (India) or $1 (other countries) per download.
3. Download Access: Once payment is confirmed, you have unlimited downloads for the same resume file. Classic style resumes can be downloaded without payment.
4. Rate Limits: Free users can generate up to 2 resumes per day per IP address. This limit applies to all styles.
5. Content Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in your resume. We do not verify or validate the content you submit.
6. Privacy: We respect your privacy. Generated resumes are stored securely and are accessible only through the unique download link provided.
7. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
